Well, Mr. Parker, Taboo was my first porno film too and ironically enough, it was 1992 for me as well. My friend found a VHS tape in his father's armoire. It was taped off of VCX's cable channel circa 1982. On it were Taboo and Thunderbuns as well as a plethora of trailers from other pornos from the late '70's - early '80's. Where my grandfather came into play was, I made a tape of my friend's dad's tape using my grandfather's two VCR system one afternoon after school when neither he nor my grandmother were home.
